In 11 days I turn 20. January feels far away. In January I had a team, clients, and a working company. Today I have all that plus: the best semester in ProjectApp's history with 78 million pesos billed, a European perspective that changed how I think about the size of what we're building, two advanced Mexican prospects, and the certainty that what we did right wasn't luck. Something changed in how I think. And I want to name it before July 16th arrives.

The biggest difference isn't in the numbers or the markets. It's in the horizon. In January, when I thought about ProjectApp, the horizon was Colombia. Today it's considerably larger. Europe showed me how companies operate in developed markets. Mexico showed me the client who sees software as investment exists and has willingness to pay well. Both experiences together expanded the horizon of what I consider possible.
